At AXO Energy we believe the shift from traditional fossil fuel-based energy systems to more sustainable and renewable energy sources is fundamental to avert further global warming. We further believe PPAs are playing and will continue to play a crucial role in supporting this shift.
AXO Energy's mission is to increase the efficiency of concluding a PPA by:
- Providing a platform where PPA sellers and PPA buyers can find concrete projects and transaction ready PPA interest
- Increasing process and contract standardization
- Being experts in the PPA space
The Name
Why AXO?
AXO is a reference to Axolotl. An Axolotl is a salamander which is native to parts of Mexico. The Axolotl has the fairly unique ability to regenerate. For us as a new business as well as for the context we operate in – the energy transition of the electricity sector – the ability to regenerate comes quite handy.
